Plum Sauce
PLUM SAUCE
This particular sauce goes well with everything! It is created with mashed plums, crab apples, ginger, wine, raw sugar and balsamic vinegar. It's sweet and sour, spicy, it can be served with almost any meat, poultry, grilled vegetables, cheese and cold cuts.
Fruit Sauce with Cherries
FRUIT SAUCE WITH CHERRIES
Cherries, crab apple, onion, tomato, garlic, vinegar, sugar, lemon, salt, ginger, cinnamon, mustard, wine. It can be served with pate, liver, cold meat, pork, hunt, chicken.
Pomegranate Sauce
POMEGRANATE SAUCE
A sauce of pomegranate syrup, petimezi, red wine, onions, cedar seeds and extra virgin olive oil. It can marinate hunt and poultry. It can also be served with grilled vegetables and cheese.
Mediterranean Sauce
MEDITERRANEAN SAUCE
This is a sauce of eggplants, zucchinis, coloured peppers, onions, tomatoes, spicies and extra virgin olive oil. It can garnish gish, veal, beer, pasta and is ideal for vegetarians or for people who are fasting.
Red Pepper Sauce
RED PEPPER SAUCE
A sauce of red peppers from Florina, sweet paprika, a bit of garlic, salt and extra virgin olive oil (condensed). It can replace the tomatoe sauce on pizzas and pasta. It can dress beef, saussages and other grilled meat.
Sundried Tomatos Paste
SUNDRIED TOMATOS PASTE
A combination of sundried tomatoes and peppers (condensed). A sauce for pasta. Even a spoon of the sauce is enough to make your casserol delicious. You can dilute it with tomatoe sauce for pizzas and canapes or you could paste it on toast and have it as breakfast like my friend Vina does.
